FAQ
What is included in the session and how does it run?
The session includes the rope bondage itself as well as the photography. Before the actual session begins, we will have an in-depth conversation about your wishes and goals. Topics such as anatomy, ropes, safety, and consent will be discussed over a cup of tea before we start. At the end, there will be plenty of time for aftercare.
And what special moments will you receive at the end?
You will receive a selection of edited images in 4K quality that you are free to use wherever you like. They will be an incredible memory of the emotions experienced during the session. The photographs offer a completely different perspective on what happened — unlike during the session itself, when you experience everything from the inside.
Do I need to have experience with Shibari/Kinbaku?
I am very happy to work with complete beginners as well as with very advanced practitioners.I am very happy to adapt to your experience level and your expectations.
What about safety?
An extremely important aspect is safety. Clear communication about physical and psychological risks, as well as consent, is essential. Your individual risk profile will also be discussed in detail. Different ties can have different effects on the body and mental well-being and carry varying levels of risk.
There will be an in-depth conversation about anatomy, ropes, and safety. Consent, as well as areas that are not allowed to be touched, will be clearly defined beforehand.
I assume that you are over 18 years of age and in good physical and mental health. If you have any acute trauma, nerve damage (e.g. MS), or are taking blood-thinning medication, we should discuss this separately in advance.
Can a session be sexual in nature?
It doesn’t have to be, but it certainly can be. A session is always very touch-intensive, often erotic, and sometimes sexual. Before the session, your wishes and boundaries, as well as mine, will be discussed in detail.
I am open to elements such as wax, clamps, fetish clothing, and sexual toys. The focus, however, remains on an intense session combined with a photoshoot.
Is a session still possible if I have physical limitations?
In general, yes — it very much depends on the specific nature of your limitations and what exactly you have in mind. I’m also very happy to discuss this in detail with you beforehand.
What can you expect in my studio, and how is it equipped?
I generally work alone in my studio, without any assistants or additional photographers. Both the rope work and the photography are done by me, creating a trusting and intimate atmosphere. No one will disturb us — you can fully be yourself and let go.
From a technical standpoint, everything is set up so I can focus entirely on you and the session. I work with two very high-resolution cameras (100 megapixels) and world-class lighting. High-quality sound and carefully selected music to provide an relaxed atmosphere.
It is possible to bring a friend to the session. However, my experience shows that it is often better to work one-on-one with a model.
