For me, a session with a person is essentially about that person. The direction of the session, the meeting with this person, depends essentially on what he has in his life backpack, what his needs are. And it’s not always just fun . Sometimes such meetings are incredibly easy, but there are also meetings that are incredibly demanding. All my life experience is needed, I have to muster a lot of energy not to cross any boundaries despite all the intensity, even though they are challenged in front of my play partner. There are physical limits, but also mental ones . It makes me very happy to open new ways and doors in a session. It is also a constant game of self-reflection and I am constantly learning new things about myself, life and my play partners.
