As soon as his upper body was free, he wildly flailed his arms at my body. I had not expected this reaction. But it was clear to me later, since I had taken away his hold. We then hugged each other intimately for quite a while. At the end, I briefly loosened our embrace and this very emotional picture came into being for me, in which he supports himself with his healthy arm on the floor, holding himself.
For me, it is a symbol of the fragility of life and how we hold ourselves in it.
